My New Blog, How to get people to read it?

I started a new group called Caledon Realtors, http://activerain.com/groups/caledonrealtorsand I can't seem to get anyone to join. I know there are some experienced Bloggers out there so I am asking for your help. I have read many blogs here on Activrain and I see the responses some of you get and I wonder "How do you do it?"

I also see some really fancy layouts in your blogs, how do you do it? The amount of info found here in Activerain is extraordinary and very useful and I just wanted to contribute in a positive way. Thanks to all.
