Greater Toronto Homes Prices Increase 4% from December 31

These figures are in comparison to those ending December 31st. Although the GTA saw vastly lower volume in the two weeks, prices were higher as the demand grows with fewer homes on the market

In the east volume decreased 50%, the West and Central decreased 100%, and the North decreased 93%. In total the number of units were lower 93%.
