Happy Thanksgiving Canada - Autumn's Bountiful Harvest

As the Canadian Thanksgiving holiday weekend comes to a close, I'm sure I speak for many who enjoyed time with family and friends. I'm sure I am not alone in having indulged in too much of everything good.

Turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, turnip, pumpkin pie and much more weighed down the table for our Thanksgiving feast. The weather co-operated and it was a wonderful weekend to enjoy the autumn colours from our last pontoon boat ride for the season on the lake.

Everyone at the table took a turn to express what they are thankful for. Family, friends, good health, good food were just a few notable mentions.

Fall is truly a beautiful season and for that I am also thankful.
