Rules and Regulations for TRIP Accommodations

•1. Prize Draw:

· Eligibility for Sellers: All Seller Brokerage Agreements with either Kirk Rickman or Victoria Carter of Percy Fulton Ltd. Brokerage, Century 21 must have a list date between Jan 1, 2009 and Dec 31, 2009 in order for the seller(s) to be entered to win. One entry per listed property. Multiple listings of the same property without successful sale including a property that expires and is relisted or a property that is terminated and relisted will not result in additional entries. Contracts that are terminated prior to their expiry date will eliminate the seller(s) entry into the draw. Multi listing projects including developments with more than one listing in the same building or complex will only be eligible for one entry per project.


· Eligibility for Buyers: All Purchase Agreements with either Kirk Rickman or Victoria Carter of Percy Fulton Ltd. Brokerage, Century 21 must have Final Acceptance signed between Jan 1, 2009 and Dec 31, 2009 and be written by either Kirk Rickman or Victoria Carter Century 21 Percy Fulton Ltd. Brokerage in order for the buyer(s) to be entered to win. Entrants must remove all conditions from their purchase in order for their entry into the draw to be completed. Contracts that are not completed successfully (Non-waiver of Conditions) will eliminate the buyers entry.


All offers must be written by Century 21 Percy Fulton Ltd. Brokerage licensed Realtor Kirk Rickman or Victoria Carter to be eligible for the draw. Should the acting Realtor's license cease to be held at Century 21 Percy Fulton Realty Ltd., the clients entries into the draw shall remain valid and eligible to win.

•2. Draw Date:
The draw will be held on January 1, 2010 between 9 am and 4pm.

•3. Notification for Winner:
Within two weeks of the Prize Draw date, the winner will be contacted in writing by Kirk Rickman or Victoria Carter Century 21 Percy Fulton. The winners' names will be posted on Victoria Carter and Kirk Rickman's website http://www.TwoMoveYou.com The winner will have 31 days from the draw date to respond and claim the prize. If after this period the winner cannot be located, Kirk Rickman and Victoria Carter will redraw from all other eligible entrants.

•4. Prize:
Accommodations for 1-2 week(s) for 2-8 people. Locations must be selected from a predetermined list made by Victoria Carter and Kirk Rickman. This prize must be accepted as awarded; no substitutes. Prize may not be exactly as shown.

•5. Restrictions and Notices to Entrants:
Contest rules prohibit the following from being entered to win: Staff and Realtors working for Century 21 Percy Fulton Ltd Brokerage at any time during the trip accommodations Give Away. All entrants must be 18 years or older to win. In the event that a winning ticket stub lists more than one name, Century 21 Percy Fulton Ltd. Victoria Carter and Kirk Rickman will award the prize to any individual whose name is listed on the stub. Victoria Carter and Kirk Rickman are not responsible for resolving any disputes that may arise between the different individuals. We do not rent, sell or trade our contact lists. The personal information collected by Victoria Carter and Kirk Rickman for this draw will be used only to notify winners.
