Furtive Window Tapper Returns

An Ongoing Tale

R Redbrest Returns

Over a year ago this little window tapper started waking me up at the crack of dawn and continued to do so for over a month, then dissapeared. The tapping went on all day from dawn to dusk. At that time I posted a parable R Redbreast Wants Into Real Estate". About a week ago this little tapper returned to tap at the same window.

Yes R Redbreast 'Still' Wants Into Real Estate but we still have a failure to communicate. I will never be able to figure out what the little window tapper who runs and hides is trying to do or accomplish because we are not able to communicate with each other.

My little window tapper is persistent and yet is as elusive as some of our web visitors who provide false or garbled information when checking out the listings on our web sites. Unlike my feathered friend you and I can communicate, as often or as little as you wish. While I can not help my feathered window tapper I can and do help people like yourself who want information about the Uxbridge and area real estate market.

Unlike the redbreast - the public wants information just doesn't want you to contact them back...go figure........the redbreast probably has a message ....:-)

Liz - It's a message we are hearing more and more lately ... the internet has really changed how our industry functions.

The real estate industry is constantly changing ... the old model no longer works ... how to market, properties, ourselves and our services is changing at breakneck speed ... keeping abrest of all the changes is becoming a much larger portion of how one spends one time. The old adage "if our sign is on your lawn hurry home your moving" no longer works.

I found it interesting to chat with you about the texting feature Kathy.  another way for prospects to tap, tap, tap.
