I am a Realtor and I hope you call me to help you sell your home. I also hope that the only reason you call isn't because I can list your home for sale on MLS. While MLS is one tool, one very good tool, it is still only ONE tool. There are many others — both online and off.

With more than two decades of sales and marketing experience — in both print and electronic media (including social media consulting) — I am confident that I can sell your home for top dollar without the need (and expense) of MLS. There are situations where it is needed, but why pay the price if you don't need it — your money is always best in your pocket.

There are several dozen online resources available to market your home, as well as numerous tried and true "traditional" methods. The best way to determine which will work best for your particular home, in your particular situation, is for me to chat with you for 10 to 15 minutes. There's no obligation beyond a quick phone call, but it could save you thousands of dollars.
