311 Online is a new convenient way for Windsor residents contact the City about its services. With their new online service request feature, 311 Online enables residents to easily contact the City about 50 different services, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. "The City of Windsor is committed to improving the accessibility of our services in any way we can, and 311 Online is a great step forward," says Mayor Eddie Francis. "It allows residents to access City Hall from the comfort of their home or workstation." The 311 Online list of options ranges from requests to complaints, from abandoned vehicles to yard waste. Based on the options chosen, the 311 Online system will situation-specific clarification questions, the answers will be automatically sent to the appropriate department, and the resident will receive a service request number should they need it for later follow-up.
