Enchantment on the Deschutes

This is a community of about 10 lots above the Deschutes River. It is located off of OB Riley Rd just down the road from where Empire meets OB Riley. Only a couple of the lots can really have river views. There are currently about 5 houses built, 3 of which are for sale and there are usually several lots for sale as well. It is a nice location and there is a nice swimming hole nearby. The neighborhood just can't seem to take off and there will likely be opportunities for future bargains due to the housing market situation.
