Pheasant Run Neighborhood

This is a nice neighborhood in southwest Bend. It is conveniently located close enough to get on the parkway and a decent distance from grocery stores. The first homes were built by Pahlisch homes and I personally think they are the nicest, namely because none of them back up to Brookswood Blvd. I personally lived in one of the first homes built here and loved the neighborhood. It was very pedestrian friendly and a great place to take walks and playground at a nearby elementary school. It is also close to the river and river trails and if you wanted to, you could have a nice walk from there to Old Mill events and concerts in summer - there were a few times I could hear them all the way at my house on Lodgepole Dr. Woodhill homes has also built nice homes in the area.
