You get an e-mail from someone interested in your niche and you think, oh a new client--terrific! But, this one in particular had all the earmarks of the layers of success from building up my niche at Fishhawk Lake.

This was the actual e-mail I woke up to this morning:

Hello Gayle,

My wife and I have been thinking about a vacation home for a while and recently stumbled upon Fishhawk Lake. We drove out there today[Sunday] and confirmed our suspicion that it is a great place. While driving around we met Glenn and Tammy, two relative newcomers to the lake who gave us your name.

We are still working out some of the details, like can we afford it, but would like to learn a bit more about the lake [Fishhawk Lake] and some of the properties. I am planning on coming out there next weekend to show my boys around, and wonder if you will be available anytime Saturday afternoon so we can meet you and talk about the lake and some of the properties?

By the way, I enjoyed reading some of your posts about the lake as well as the photos.

That’s the kind of “stuff” dreams are made of! They've driven up here, to Fishhawk Lake, met past clients of mine who've referred me (thank you, Glenn and Tammy!) and read some of my posts--we'll meet Saturday at my home and I've already e-mailed them about a lender who owns property here at Fishhawk Lake and is MARVELOUS to work with.

And it's only Monday.
