The last week of February was quite successful.
$100-200k: 32 new listings, 29 pending, 12 sold
$201-350k: 49 new listings, 22 pending, 21 sold
$351-600K:16 new listings, 4 pending, 9 sold
$601-800k: 2 new listings, 1 pending, 0 sold
$800k +: 1 new listings, 0 pending, 0 sold
That's just 7 days of market activity, ending with March 1st.
If you look at the Eugene Market from the perspective of the last 90 days, we see:
437 Active Listings ---- 141 Pending Properties -----151 Sold Properties -----Average Sales price: $218,312. More in-depth stats coming soon!
