Fannie Mae HomePath, Foreclosure Sales with NO Mortgage Insurance

For the past week, I have been writing a series about how to purchase foreclosures. I will be posting the first three of them shortly, but right now I have breaking news about the Fannie Mae on the HomePath program for the sale of Fannie Mae owned foreclosures. Not all properties are eligible but those that are could end up being a great deal for first time home buyers and for investors too.
