Soaring with Eagles - These Dudes are the Real Deal

Soaring with Eagles - These Dudes are the Real Deal. Frequently, I'm inspired by things in nature that remind me of real transparency. These dudes, at Wildlife Images in Grants Pass Oregon, are the real deal and were delighted to have me show them some love by taking their picture and sharing it with you on this fine Sunday afternoon.

Eagles That Soar - Wildlife Images - Grants Pass

However, The Real Deal Dude I want to tell you about is a Realtor in Grants Pass named Brad Lamont. Brad has been a competing colleague and friend of mine for over 10 years and we share occasional jibs and jabs, always coupled with huge smiles and mutual respect. Recently, one of my listings came off market after a relentless effort in trying to get it sold at an unrealistic price. The seller contacted Brad for a market analysis and what happened next was extraordinary!

First, Brad called me to inquire about the property. We weren't able to connect prior to his listing appointment with myBrad Lamont - Grants Pass Realtor former seller. However, when my former seller asked Brad what he could do to get the property sold, Brad did the unthinkable. Brad told my former seller that she already had the 'creme de la creme' agent in town and nobody could do a better job selling her home than Melinda Peterson. After singing my praises, Brad refused the listing and then very humbly sent me an email to tell me so. I was floored.

It's a rare occasion to know and associate with a competitor that possesses such a high caliber of integrity and is so above the crowd... Brad Lamont is that dude! And so my dear Brad... (I know you read my blog), I want to take this opportunity to show you some Naked Blogger love by publicly thanking you for being the sweetheart that you are. You're a class act in my book and I won't forget your lovely act of kindness and respect. You're truly an Eagle that soars above the crowd at RE/MAX and they're lucky to have you! But, not luckier than I in being able to call you friend. It's a pleasure knowing you and an absolute delight serving with you on the Board!
