Is the client really importlant? (edit/delete) So, I just finished a job with a client that was a dream. She fully understood the concept of staging, didn't balk about the price and let me have fun! I have found over and over again and I am sure many stagers have too that when a client gives you full rein witha project, it will turn out to benefit objectives: 1. To showcase the property to it's fullest potential, 2. Make the client happy and 3. Give you a sense of accomplishment and great photos to later market yourself. A bad client can make all of the above much more of a challenge and a drag on creativity, thus giving the homeowner and the property an un-just staging. The below photos are of this recent job. The homeonwer will soon have another property for us to stage. |
