The Newberg City Council will be deliberating on the following items at the 4/19/10 meeting:

1. Water

2. Wastewater, and stormwater rates;

3. Non-conforming billboard sign;

4. A construction contract for 2nd Street improvements.

5. Approval of a sound permit and proclamation are also on the agenda.
