Maureen that is just incredible and great job! I have to ask the question, because I am not educated on the subject. What is the cost of staging? (maybe just this example). If it does not sell right away after staging, is there a monthly charge?

Charles ~ Thank you! This staging investment was less than $1800, and after a year of making double mortgage payments this seller was very happy with the results. The house sold for 97% of asking price only 6 days after staging. This seller saved money on the staging monthly rental cost by returning a few larger pieces of furniture to the house and my company provided everything else; we staged two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the kitchen along with the living & dining rooms.
That is fantastic and a great value!
Would you consider staging a home 3000 miles away? just kidding!
