Here is the combined sales total of homes sold in June 2009 for the entire Columbia Gorge Region: Hood River & Wasco Counties in Oregon, Klickitat & Skamania Counties in Washington. These are the cities and towns reporting sales. These sales are only LISTED sales not FSBO's or unlisted sales. In June 2009 there were 50 homes sold gorge wide compared to 53 homes sold last month-May 2009.
There are currently 99 homes sale pending in escrow in the gorge area. Skamania County-10 Klickitat County-16 Hood River County-37 and Wasco County-36
