Staging Still Highly Recommended

This wouldn't be enough, generally speaking, to help a seller stage a home but it might be enough to prompt a professional consultation. A comprehensive consultation with a written report (i.e. plan and "honey-do list") is a very effective way to stage a home that has a minimal cost. Sellers need to be motivated tho, to do the work.
