Pleasant Home Subdivision is located near the downtown area of Salem. It is also known as the "Bush Park" area. This is because the homes in this area are very close to Bush Park. Some homes even border the park.

Pleasant Homes is located on and around High Street. Look for the streets Cottage, Lefelle, Capitol, Berry and Cross to name a few. Most homes in this area were built in the 30's and 40's, but you will find a few built in the very early 1900's. This area is also part of the Historic District. You can expect these homes to have all the charm of yesteryear with some still having the original built-ins, hardwood floors and historical feel. Pleasant Home is located close to the Salem Hospital, State Offices, Willamette University and of course, Bush's Pasture Park, which is a great place for walking, running, picnics and more. It is within walking distance of the Downtown Area of Salem where you will find great places to eat and shop.
