AmeriTitle, a title company, in the Medford, Ashland area recently provided me with this graph regarding actual foreclosures of homes in the Ashland, Medford, and Jackson County area. As you can see by the graph 2009 and 2010 were the "big" years. So far for 2011 the number is down, but the year is only half through.
