The best golfing in Oregon might just be at Emerald Valley Golf Club in Creswell, Oregon. It was named the Oregon Golf Association Course of the Year in 2004, and was ranked #1 of 71 courses in Oregon from the Back Tees (Oregon Business, October 2005). The course has recently been redesigned by local architect, Dan Hixson, in an effort to recapture the distinguished reputation as the finest championship golf course in the Willamette Valley.
