I’ve been working with the Ron Young Team since May 2011. My purpose here is two-fold; I “discover” new leads for the team, and I market our properties for sale online. Today I’m going to focus on the online marketing side of my job, and brag a little about what a cool, unique service this is that we provide for our sellers.

While plenty of real estate agents are savvy enough to list properties on the internet, we actually have a comprehensive strategy that includes posting our sellers’ homes on the top online home search sites. Once we’ve covered those heavy-hitting sites, we create Facebook albums featuring our clients’ homes, and prompt visitors to contact us to set up a showing. We advertise our listings via Twitter. We also promote our sellers’ homes on Craigslist – not once, not twice, but 5 times per week EVERY week until we get a buyer for their house.

We do this because every client is our #1 priority, and we literally will not rest until your house is sold. I am just one part of this well-oiled machine. In fact, we have a whole team of people, each one working on a different aspect of making sure we sell our clients’ homes and make their transactions as seamless as possible.
