A Testimonial For The Pine Ridge Community And For Jason Feinman Of Better Homes And Gardens Real Estate Wilkins And Associates

I am the proud owner of a home in the Pine Ridge Community in Bushkill Pennsylvania. I did not acquire my home by myself not at all it was due to the diligence and hard work of Jason Feinman my realtor.

After many years of having everyone in the housing market say "No' to me I came across Jason's website and not too sure of myself said what can it hurt. I will just check out his site, but in order to enter Jason's site you need to fill out some information so I did hesitantly. Jason had some really nice homes listed and based on the information from other realtors - the nay-sayers I felt hey maybe I can afford a home in Pennsylvania. I know that I definitely could not afford New York City.

Well Jason called and I said ugh he is going to call me all the time now like a true sales man, but his message was very polite and asked that I give him a call when I had a few minutes. I listened to his message a few times and jumped in and called him back and boy am I glad that I did. We chatted a few minutes he asked what I was looking for etc. and then said the first thing that we will do is to see what amount you qualify for - that was new, no one ever said that to me.

After that everything went really fast, I was qualified for an amount much larger than I expected and the house hunting process began. Jason tried to get a feel for what I wanted but even I did not know what I wanted as yet so we looked at a few homes over the weekend and I started to get a grip on my needs. We eventually found my home in the Pine Ridge Community - 3 bedrooms 1.5 bath, basement and garage and we love it. It was a fixer upper but my hubby is great at home improvement projects.

I cannot say enough about the Pine Ridge Community; it's a great feeling to drive through the entrance. I feel safe as our community despite not having a security gate. We do on the other hand have visible patrols. The security personnel are quite pleasant and courteous and I am sure that they know me either by car or face by now as I wave to them on a regular; after all they are protecting me.

The community offers a swimming pool which I really used this summer with the heat wave, tennis courts, fishing and the list goes on. I am not a social person but I love nature and we have an abundance of that in the Poconos. I especially enjoy seeing the young deer (we call them Bambi) and my daughter gives names to the female deer - too funny. Each season we see new critters - fox, bear, raccoons, possum and birds. If you love nature and clean air then the Poconos is the place for you and then if you have Jason on your side you have yourself a caring and helpful realtor. Jason is the best in my books and I am so happy that we found one another.
