Hi Donald, good recap for anyone working with incoming web leads. I'm not all that familiar with ML - does the contact database program allow you to set up some kind of automated follow up process's? I use ours to send useful info about homes in our area, different issues to what for etc. #6 & 7 are so true as is your #1 - be patient. We just closed on a home few weeks back with a client that's been in our system for over a year and a half!

Great list, ...... the Internet is a great place to start attracting buyers and sellers! How we handle this great resource can determine our future successes. I just started cking my emails from my cell phone as well as texting customers and new business prospect! Its an effective and impressive to communicate.
