The average last list price was $342,623

The average sale price was $ 322,615

Highest sale price was $560,000

The lowest sale price was $140,000

The average days the homes were marketed was 112

The average settled price to original price ratio 91.03 %

The average settled price to last list price ratio is 94.29%

The homes were priced high and sellers had to reduce price as seen from ratios.
