In Ephrata, PA, B & E Notary has three locations. Two in Ephrata, PA and one in Brownstown, PA. The picture to the left is the Brownstown location.

B & E is an authorized online agent for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation or PennDot. We were selling a car and I used my Power of Attorney to sign the title, so the buyer was able to officially purchase the car.
