Does the Weather Affect Your Showing Schedule?
Yesterday I was out enjoying a rare day of somewhat sunlight here in Gettysburg Pa. You see we here in Gettysburg have been experiencing a major amount of rain, so this rare brief time slot when there was some sunshine I headed out to the Gettysburg Battlefield. There are many reasons why someone would want to move to Gettysburg, Pa, but I don't believe any are as compelling as being able to take some time, pretty much whenever you want, to go spend some time on Gettysburg Battlefield.
So as you can see, I got stuck in a pretty intense hail storm, that is not usual weather for our area, however we have been getting alot more of it than normal. Personally, I think it is affecting our real estate market in that I notice showings increase when the weather gets better, we definitely have a "spring" selling season, however I wouldn't recommend taking clients in weather such as you see here.
As with all our surprise storms, this one passed in a few minutes and everything dried out and was back to normal in about 15 minutes, still it was pretty cool. Remember if you are looking for a Gettysburg real estate, be sure and contact Gettysburg Gerry.
