Happy Spring! What a great time to BUY or Sell a home! The Pennsylvania Housing Market is STRONG. It's even stronger...in BUCKS County!!! With homes here HOLDING THEIR VALUE so well and LOW INTEREST RATES, don't be frightened by the National Averages... Also...BUCKS COUNTY has been spared the tragic foreclosure situation that exists in many other areas. Sure there are foreclosures...But not the staggering numbers witnessed around the country. I have been selling Real Estate for over 15 years and it is my opinion that the market is recycling itself back, becoming more stable and balanced than in the past several years.
