Lancaster Homes for Sale - 346 Rumford Drive Closing

On Friday, January 27, 2012, my clients Steve and June, settled on 346 Rumford Drive. We closed and my clients were quite pleased. Over the course of the transaction they became friends with the seller. I know this has the possibility of being fraught with great challenges, but in this case it helped create a closed transaction.

I had been working with Steve and June for over a year. Staying in contact was crucial because our original contract expired.
