Success through Focus in 2012

I have heard the importance of being very focused in order to achieve success in real estate. After 4 years in this business, I am finally going to apply this principle to my business. I became attracted to the real estate business because I was an investor. I wanted to buy, fix up and flip properties. However, I have learned from Cal Yoder Lititz Real Estate Professional Focus areas for 2012experience this does not work well for me.

There are so many avenues and specialities within the real estate business. I have been a landlord and have the ability to manage rental units. There are many foci for traditional sales. It is also important to consider what market territory will become your center.

Cal Yoder Lititz Real Estate Professional Focus areas for 2012Through training and learnings I have gleaned from the Rain, I have decided to narrow my focus to the following:

  • Sphere of Influence
  • Expireds
  • Develop two farm territorities beginning in January 2012 and develop one more by mid 2012.
  • Focus primarily on the Lititz PA homes for sale. My secondary area will be Lancaster City, PA.
  • With the development of the Living in Lancaster Group, I am going to focus 80% of my business on listings.
I trust this focus will lead to greater success in real estate.
