Well the numbers at the top from November 2010 to November 2011 are fairly consistent. So the top agents in Peters Township that said the market was pretty flat were almost right. The one number that jumps out at is the Average days on market. Home sold 32 days faster in November 2011 than in November 2010. That is a great statistic. If you were selling your home in Peters Township, this change means sellers didn’t hold on to their mortgage for a whole month. That is savings in my book!
