Newtown Borough Real Estate Market Update

This week in Newtown Borough we saw quite a few things happen.

275 N. Elm in the Washington Village Neighborhood near Goodnoe School sold for $475,000. It was only on the market for 6 days! This home offered approximately 2,783 sq. ft., 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a full basement, 2 car garage, pool & hot tub on about .34 acres.

6 Barclay Court is under agreement and was asking $749,000. This approximately 3,675 sq. ft., 4 bedroom, 3 full & 2 half bath end unit townhome offered an attached 2 car garage, a gourmet kitchen overlooking a beautiful courtyard, & a finished basement. This home was also only on the market for 6 days. Barcley Court has seen 2 homes list and go under agreement in the last month. 11 Barclay Ct. which was an interior unit, approximately 3,675 sq. ft. home offered 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a finished basement & detached 2 car garage was only on the market for 12 days. The Barclay Court community only has 12 homes and is a much coveted neighborhood due to it's Federal Style, craftmanship (built by Bruce Lesser) and great location just off of State St. in the heart of Newtown Borough.
