One of our area's more unique stores is Healthy Habits Natural Market.

A friend of mine, Dr Buddy Touchinsky, own Healthy Habits Natural Market on Route 61 / Orwigsburg.

Buddy also owns Blue Mountain Family Chiropractic (office is located next to the store). His wife, Susie is an occupational therapist at Seton Manor in Orwigsburg.

At Healthy Habits Natural Market "we strive to offer great quality healthy, natural, and organic products at a reasonable price. Additionally, our focus is on offering locally produced products when possible. For products that we cannot obtain locally, we choose to work with companies based on the quality of the ingredients, responsible manufacturing and operating practices, and cost. As you will see in many of our company profiles (coming soon), each has something unique to offer and does their part to make our world a better place to live."

Weight Loss Surgery Support Group Saturday, March 21, 11 am Geared for those that have either been through the surgery or are considering surgery. Learn from other participants on how they’ve coped with dietary changes and making sure they are receiving adequate nutrition.

Gluten Free Group Monday, March 23, 6:30 pm Join us as we offer support for those that have celiac disease or otherwise cannot eat gluten (a component of wheat).

Art Gallery and Coffee House Night! Saturday, March 28, 7:00pm Many Worlds Art Gallery is lending us wonderful art to add inspiration to our walls! Stop by Saturday evening for Live music, great art, organic coffee, aromatic teas!

Natural Remedies for Digestive Issues Monday, March 30, 6:30pm Dr. Touchinsky will discuss natural remedies for digestive issues. Stay tuned for more details.
