It is my opinion that prices have continued to declined here . It is still a wonderful place to live . It is still a place I would show my buyers and recommend .It is cheaper than renting and a good investment in the long term of things. Hopefully the association will follow suit with the rest of their neighboring condominium associations and work on re-establishing their FHA and VA financing approvals .
