Surprise!

I was up late last night fine tuning my listing presentation. I had to get up early this morning to drop off my son at his Grandma's and be at a meeting on the importance of social networking in today's real estate market.

I knew I was going to be a bit groggy until I got that coffee (black, 2 sugars) in my system.

Well, the alarm went off and I got up and looked out the window. Outside, on my front lawn, I saw what I thought was a horse. This gigantic creature was actually sniffing around my car. I hadn't put my glasses on yet, so I grabbed them and to my surprise I saw the biggest 10 point buck I've ever seen!! This thing was so muscular and his head was bigger than one of those little fourtwo smart cars!!

Now, I don't live in the country, I live in a suburban neighborhood fairly close to a highway with lots of traffic on the roads around us. Seeing a buck of this size is a rarity. It was quite a treat!!

I tried to get a picture with my cell phone but couldn't get close enough to get a good pic. Hopefully, he comes back so I can grab a picture with my digital!! Stay tuned!
