Do you pick up pennies ?

I came to America in 1975 and was always thrilled to find a penny. I would pick up the penny and hoped I would save enough to be able to visit India some day. Ofcourse it never happened. I never saved them and I don't think it even amounted to one dollar worth.

I have mixed feeling about picking up a penny. I have read about it being good luck sometimes. I always forget whether it is supposed to be heads or tails. So as not to take chances I would not pick up pennies until recently.

I received a forwarded email from a friend , and it was the significance of the penny. It said that if you read what it says on the penny " In God we Trust " you realize that it is like a message from Heaven .

The other day I found a penny and I was not feeling too good that day. I picked up the penny and read the words and thought to my self it is a message for me.
