You sometimes have to shake your head and wonder why certain powers that be would want to focus on 170 plus foreclosures instead of the other 3600 plus homes for sale that are not foreclosures. Oh, Pocono Mountain Association of Realtors, what is in it for you, or your cronies? Why prey on bottom feeders when the entire market needs to be addressed and the rest of the Realtors who do not have an "in" with the banks and other foreclosure help services, need exposure. How about highlighting US? Foreclosures in the Poconos are not the bargain that the media portrays, especially in the Poconos.
