Donate Those Unwanted Items

Now that Summer is here, thoughts of cleaning out your home are overwhelming your brain. It is never a fun task, but what a great feeling without all that clutter and unwanted items!

So what to do with all that stuff? Do you just throw it out, resell it or donate it to charitable organizations?

Now with the way the economy is, you may first think of reselling items that could be worth money and in good condition. You can list them on Ebay or Craigslist and hope for some takers. If that is too time consuming, a thoughtful way would be to donate items to those in need. Churches, shelters and donation centers are always looking for items that are in good shape, from furniture and clothing to small items, such as books and canned food.
