Today I begin my quest to obtain 12 new listings by January 1, 2010

My son started Kindergarten this past Tuesday and I have an extra 2.5 hours EVERY DAY on my hands!! I would like to use this time to take my business to the next level.

I am committing myself to at least 12 new listings by 2010. I know that the hard work and dedication it will take to get these 12 listings will be well worth it. It will take my business to the next level and isn't that why we are all here??

My first step is to clean my home office - it is an absolute mess since I revamped my son's room. Gave it a new paint job, new bed, new sheets and curtains and some posters and new stickers for the walls. He's a big boy now! In the meantime, all the "stuff" that he's collected over the last 5 years are now in my office and I only have a small space to work on the desk. I'm looking around right now, and all I see is baby toys, a changing table with more old toys and stuffed animals, etc.

This will be done before I go to sleep tonight. I need a clear space to start work tomorrow morning on the "journey".

I plan on utilizing the many tools and ideas that my coach at Prudential Preferred Realty has given me over the last 9 months.

I will set up a Twitter account tomorrow morning if you wish to "follow" me on my trip...should be exciting!

I have a coaching session tomorrow morning and will share this with her. I know that my coach will be there with me every step of the way and that helps if I ever get stuck. She has been fantastic in encouraging me to "Keep on Truckin'".
