Is it the season or Rentals Slow in the City?

We were having lunch with fellow investors and we were discussing rentals within the city

and some of them have been seeing there vacancies stay vacant longer. We seem to get

rented quick but, these friends have been having trouble. We discussed advertising (which

the Eagle IS EXPENSIVE) and other ways to advertise.

(and that we will put there rental on our website as a favor)

We are curious to find out what the rest of the active rain community is doing to fill vacancies?
