A Job Well Done

A Job Well Done goes out to Caribbean Clear of York Pa for going over and above the call of duty as well as Labs Inc of East Berlin PA for doing the same for a settlement that took place on April 1st.

The appraiser called for a last minute water test for this property. After the water sample came in it read high in nitrates. Caribbean Clear dropped everything and went out and installed a mitigation system that evening and then we had the water sample picked up the following morning, had it ran up to Labs Inc, and they tested it first thing that morning and had a written result by noon.

I think we all can learn from this as they are in the people business like we are and you do what it takes to be successful. As they say, if you want something done you give it to the busiest person/people.

The clients were extremely thankful and they were able to move in as promised without any snags. Its awesome to see such a happy family
