I believe Spring Has Sprung

Home buyers and Sellers, have a spring in their step now!. Stimulus package is coming to an end, but the positive side that interest rates are still extremely desirable, there will always be some type of programs of some sort to help people qualify and we all just have to be more creative.

Now that spring has sprung, the time change, and it doesn't look like any more snow, we can all feel more motivated.

Isn't it amazing when the whether is beautiful out how peoples attitude changes. The phones are ringing more livelier on showings and inquiries, we have more time before dusk to show homes and the motivation level seems to be picking up.

Hang in there, lets take one day at a time and we will survive. 23 years and counting and I have seen mostly every scenario you can throw out and I am still focused on achieving the ultimate goal of people owning their own home.

The only illness I want is Spring Fever.
