Thankful Thursday, I love Satisfied Clients!

I am usually blessed with great clients. I had a mortgage guy say that to me once. He commented that I always seem to work with the nicest people. I am blessed that way. I don't always remember to ask for client testimonials, but I asked the client of the last house I sold in December if she would be willing to write a testimonial for me. She was very happy to and I am touched by how nice it is. I hope it doesn't smack too much of tooting my own horn, but I am thankful for this and it is Thankful Thursday, so here goes:

I met Susan Mangigian at an open house she held late in 2010. When she called to follow up on our impression of the house she was representing for sale, she offered to assist me in my search upon discovering that I had not yet engaged the services of a Realtor. I had met with several Realtors previous to our phone call but had not yet decided on any one person. While I was impressed with Susan’s credentials and certifications, it was her low key demeanor but energetic personality that made the decision to work with her an easy one.

Our search for a home was a concentrated one day effort which she coordinated efficiently. She kept us on schedule yet allowed sufficient time to view 8 homes that day and I never felt rushed. She was careful to point out pros and cons for each home we looked at. I appreciated her expertise and never felt that she was trying to influence me with her opinion.

The settlement process went very smoothly in large part due to her follow up with the mortgage lender and the home sellers. We spent less than an hour at the table. Overall, my experience with Susan was very good. I would recommend her to any potential homebuyer with no reservations and I plan to utilize her services in the future when I sell my home.

I take great pride in doing a good job and I always strive to treat people as I would like to be treated in a transaction. I am thankful when my job performance is appreciated! Thank you Geri for such a nice testimonial!
