Cindy Kerr of Wayne began making fun and colorful pillow cases in an effort to make her son Ryan more comfortable during his chemotherapy treatments. Hospital personnel, patients and family members took interest in the project and the non-profit organization, ConKerr Cancer began. With the help of many individuals and community groups, over 16,000 pillow cases have been donated to local children's hospitals.
