While Southeastern Pennsylvania house prices have declined since the peak of the market (down 7.15% since 2006*), prices have appreciated over the past ten years (up 71% since 2000*) and housing (in my opinion) has become the most attractive asset class in America, especially for investors, as well as, home buyers looking to stay put for a while.
