'Stoga Music Theatre will present Stage Door by Edna Ferber and George Kaufman beginning November 14, 2007. The production will be directed by Jennie Eisenhower, a professional actress and 1996 graduate of Conestoga High School. The story takes place in the 1930's in a New York City boarding house for aspiring actresses. It explores the women's individual struggles and life choices they must make in that business.
The production is 2 hours in length with one intermission. It will be held in the Hobson Wagner Auditorium at Conestoga High School (200 Irish Road, Berwyn). Show dates are Wednesday, November 14 at 7:30 pm; Friday, November 16 at 7:30 pm; Saturday, November 17 at 2:00 pm and 7:30 pm. Ticket prices are $7-$10. Tickets can be purchased in the school cafeteria from 11:00-1:00 on November 7, 8, 12 and 13th or online at www.stogamusic.com.
