Think of staging as the process of preparing your home for sale, much as you would detail a car before selling it. Curb Appeal

This is the first impression a potential buyer has of your home--don't underestimate it.

• Mulch and edge beds
• Remove dead plants
• Add color with seasonal flowers by the front door
• Trim bushes and trees blocking the view of the home

De-Clutter

Show off the space in your home--not your stuff.

• Remove excess furniture, seasonal items, garage items and toys
• Consider renting a storage unit if necessary
• Clear kitchen and bathroom counters
• Remove some items from closets so they appear roomy
• Remove collections and knickknacks

Clean

Everything must be spotless.
