OCTOBER SOLD STATS BY WEEK FOR THE POCONOS REAL ESTATE MARKET

Mmmmmmmmmm. Sold statistics by week for the Month of October are Spooky. These figures do not represent the totals for the Month. We are still waiting for the final figures to come in and I will post on those later in the week however I did want to give you a peek at what has been happening by week.

Interesting how the number of foreclosures fluctuates on the third week of the month, almost 50% of the sales were foreclosures.

With today being the last day of the Month let us hope and pray that there were plenty of closings scheduled around the County so these numbers improve drastically by the end of the week.
