Emerald Lakes is one of the many Fabulous Communities located here in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. Their physical address is Long Pond, PA and they are located off of Long Pond Road just west of Mount Pocono, PA and are easily accessed from I380.

The Community consists of approximately 1500+- homes on mostly 1/2 acre homesites. Their annual dues for 2011 are $800.00.

USEFUL TIP: With 5 Lakes Emerald Lakes does take up a large area and it is easy to get lost within

their community (at least it is for me) but the nice thing about that is that any road within Emerald that

begins with a "C" will eventually take you out of the Community and you are no longer lost. LOL.
