2) A BUYER WANTS to see that the home has been well maintained and all the appliances, roof, etc. are in good to excellent condition.

3) Hardwood floors - THE BUYER WANTS to see Hardwood floors throughout most of the home, some carpet is OK, and Tile is good too. Shop Lowe's for great buys.

4) Updated fixtures and appliances - So you’ve had those fixtures since you bought the house, “they were very expensive and are high quality” - doesn’t matter. THE BUYER WANTS UPDATED ITEMS.
